FO Fitness Corrective Exercise Specialist will analyze your movement patterns, identify overactive and under-active muscle groups and compensations. Using an integrated scientific approach, we will create exercise programs that consider the functional capacity of each individual that optimizes your ability to move, perform exercises correctly, and reduce tissue tension.. We will address factors such as appropriate forms of flexibility, increasing strength and neuromuscular control, training in different environments (stable to unstable), and training in different planes of motion.
